The light in its changeability shines through the transparency. Touching the soul, the light sets the mood in motion.

As changeable as the light the mood floats. Radiant as the light, the mind laughs amusingly. With a slight smile, the conscious does not understand. My artworks are enigmatic and are about people and evoke a feeling that it is no different elsewhere.

The barely visible transparent figures cast doubt on their own presence.

My work is therefore not trendy, not current and it is therefore not about what keeps people busy now, but about what has always kept people busy.

The use of materials is an important means of expression in my work. Transparent elements made in advance by pouring acrylic medium into a wax mold according to a own process; are then glued on either linen or Plexiglas. These transparent reliefs are combined with acrylic paint in various ways.

Some paintings are completely colorless and consist practically only of light that shines right through the work and thus forms an image.
